About the position

The Marketing Project Manager plays a crucial role within the Marketing Operations team, responsible for coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This position involves setting timelines, monitoring deliverables, and addressing any risks that may arise during the campaign process. The Project Manager is essential in maintaining the integrity of marketing goals and must effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while facilitating continuous improvement through regular meetings and standups.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Develop campaign schedules and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive acquisition growth and customer engagement.
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on data.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Attention to detail and advanced project management skills.
  • Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and meet project requirements.
  • Creative problem-solving and resource management skills.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze the performance of marketing communications projects and make recommendations for improvements based on data.
  • Monitor marketing materials for adherence to organization and brand guidelines.
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing communications in an agile organization.
  • Proficiency in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Master's degree.
  • Scrum Master Certification or similar agile project management certifications.
