About the position

The Marketing Project Manager - Scrum Master role is a temporary position focused on providing scrum master support for marketing communication campaigns within the financial services sector, specifically in Cards and Retail Banking. This strategic professional will ensure that marketing campaigns are designed and executed effectively, contributing to the overall performance and effectiveness of the company. The role requires strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence various stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
• Develop campaign schedules and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Assess for impacts to ensure overall campaign integrity.
• Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
• Make decisions and recommendations based on data.
• Identify and manage issues to resolution.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the client, its clients and assets.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
• Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
• Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
• Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in all Windows applications suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• Scrum Master Certification
