About the position

The Marketing Project Manager at Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) is responsible for interpreting and executing the TFCU brand and marketing plan. This role involves managing marketing communications, campaigns, and promotions to support the credit union's strategic goals. The position requires collaboration with colleagues to create messaging and visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring the effective promotion of TFCU's accounts and services.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the TFCU brand and marketing plan, executing and measuring marketing programs and channels.
• Carry out marketing communications, campaigns, and promotions to help the credit union reach its strategic goals.
• Manage the TFCU brand and marketing projects, reporting, and creating messaging and visual content for digital platforms, website, and social media.
• Manage complete campaigns and work on individual projects as needed, collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, journalism, or a related field.
• Three years of relatable experience in marketing or project management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including writing for publication and copy-editing (AP Style).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with non-profits and/or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of 4-color process printing and commercial art process.
