About the position

As a Marketing Project Manager at Spring EQ, you will be the driving force behind marketing initiatives, coordinating with various teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget. This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for marketing, as you will manage projects from concept through execution and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end marketing projects, from concept through execution and analysis.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, manage workflows, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks and proactively address them to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
• Track project metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheets, MS Project, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing) as well as agile delivery.
