About the position

This position is a long-term contract role focused on supporting marketing and brand marketplace positioning for a major retailer. The role involves project management, team operations, and process improvement, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Manager in wide scope project management
• Own note taking and action planning feedback for meetings
• Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations
• Gather facts and understand WoW across the organization
• Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on process
• Work in an agile model
• Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline ways of working
• Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure teams are using new project management tool to its potential

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization
• Experience in change management
• Proficient in building PowerPoint decks
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized in thought and execution
• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations
• Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations
