About the position

The Marketing Project Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves providing project management and executional support, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position supports a hybrid work model, allowing for both remote work and in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects.
• Partner with the Strategist to identify project stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, ensuring all appropriate resources are included.
• Set up projects in Workfront to meet required delivery dates, including developing project schedules and clarifying scope documentation.
• Determine cross-functional teams needed for project engagement, including SEO, Analytics, and Website Strategy teams.
• Assign resources for the Website Strategy Team within Workfront.
• Support email production and engage compliance and relevant SME partners as needed.
• Validate appropriate reviewers are assigned and ensure they meet deadlines.
• Prepare versioning grids, compliance grids, and production grids as needed.
• Build or utilize Workfront for reports on project status and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in project management or marketing.
