About the position

The Marketing Project Manager at Benco Dental is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring projects are well-defined, strategically prioritized, and completed within budget and time constraints. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to foster partnerships with stakeholders and achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes and tools for project intake and incoming requests.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project goals and solicit necessary information.
• Evaluate resource capacity and talents to assign projects effectively.
• Analyze incoming requests to determine required support and resources.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to prioritize projects.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Communicate schedules, requirements, and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
• Define and schedule tasks for project completion, balancing multiple requests and deadlines.
• Drive project milestones and deadlines, creating accountability among team members.
• Track and report on project outcomes to ensure results meet expectations.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses to stay within financial constraints.
• Prepare project status reports and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Gather feedback post-project to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
• Experience in project management and administrative/operations roles.
• Ability to track expenses and manage budgets effectively.
• Familiarity with creative design software is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a marketing role within the dental industry.
• Familiarity with KPI metric development and reporting.
