About the position

The Marketing Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of various projects within a fast-growing marketing agency. This position is responsible for coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of various projects across multiple teams within the agency.
• Act as the central point of coordination for project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Production, Social, Account Management, Design, Advertising, and Web Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Define project scope, create timelines, and set milestones for both short- and long-term projects.
• Manage resources and delegate tasks to team members best positioned to handle them.
• Lead projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, identify inefficiencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, production, and web development processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure all project deliverables are accurate and align with client expectations.
• Organize and facilitate reviews of deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a project manager in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with creative agency procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members across various departments.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
