About the position

The Marketing Project Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves providing project management and executional support, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects.
• Partner with the Strategist to identify project stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, ensuring all appropriate resources are included.
• Set up projects in Workfront to meet required delivery dates, including developing project schedules and clarifying scope documentation.
• Determine cross-functional teams needed for projects, including SEO, Analytics, and Website Strategy teams.
• Assign resources for the Website Strategy Team within Workfront.
• Support email production and engage compliance and relevant SME partners as needed.
• Validate appropriate reviewers are assigned and ensure they meet deadlines.
• Prepare versioning grids, compliance grids, and production grids as needed.
• Build or utilize Workfront for reports on project status.
• Identify and recommend process enhancements and improvements.
• Stay up to date with project management best practices and business-specific training.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
