About the position

The Marketing Projects Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives from conception through execution. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects that align with overall marketing strategies. The coordinator will also manage communication between departments, track project progress, and assist with performance analysis post-execution, serving as a communication hub for the membership and customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Assist in the development, launch, and management of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with creative teams, product managers, sales, and external vendors to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
  • Compile and analyze project performance data (e.g., ROI, engagement metrics) to identify trends, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all marketing materials, including web, print, and digital assets, meet project specifications.
  • Liaise with our membership and customer base, third-party vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of communications, assets, and services.
  • Assist with the coordination of trade shows, events, and other marketing activations as needed.
  • Maintain project management tools, update documentation, and handle other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience, in Marketing, Statistic, Business or related field required.
  • Two years of experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or related field required.
