About the position

The Marketing Projects Manager at Filly Flair is responsible for overseeing marketing projects and managing a diverse team to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires a process-driven individual with a strong background in e-commerce and sales, who can effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage various inter-departmental projects, including live sales, social media, and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams.
• Oversee the creation, publication, and performance of content and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and collaborate with internal and external creators to publish content consistent with brand strategy.
• Act as the connector for product marketers and content creators to the marketing, merchandising, and buying teams.
• Manage a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output for customers.
• Manage the editorial calendar with a clear process for content creation, scheduling, and publication.
• Support team members by creating streamlined workflows and collaborating with channel owners.
• Oversee the growth of organic social channels.
• Hire, lead, and manage a talented team of internal and external contributors.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing Marketing Operations or Marketing for an Online Enterprise.
• Deep understanding of social platforms.
• Experience managing a team.
• Passion for the brand and our customer.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Strong experience with a variety of content types including social, short/long form, and interactive/digital.
• Uses analytics to guide decisions and recommendations for long-term content roadmap.
• Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams and outside agencies.
