About the position

The Marketing Proposal Coordinator at CES Group Engineers, LLP is responsible for managing the creation and delivery of project proposals and marketing materials. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and deadlines, while also supporting marketing and business development efforts. Responsibilities

• Review Request for Proposals (RFP) and/or Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
• Determine proposal requirements and collaborate with CES team to develop required content
• Coordinate and develop firm information for teaming pursuits with other consultants
• Attend pre-proposal conferences and site visits when required
• Conduct research on RFP/RFQ technical/functional areas to clarify requirements
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates
• Match proposal criteria and instructions to the response document
• Manage several proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively research proposal opportunities from various sources
• Refine internal systems and materials to improve the proposal process
• Create and edit marketing materials for proposals, meetings, and conferences
• Provide general marketing and business development support
• Support digital media marketing strategies

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in preparing written proposals and marketing content
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Prior experience with Federal, State, and Local agency proposal requirements
