Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events and manage logistics.
  • Assist in the coordination of the proposal process.
  • Engage in creative writing for marketing proposals.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing, mass communications, advertising, or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of general Architect/Engineer and construction terminology.
  • Proficient in graphic design programs such as InDesign, PhotoShop, and Constant Contact.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute or greater.
