About the position

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Specialist to enhance brand awareness and develop innovative marketing strategies. This role focuses on creating marketing materials, managing social media content, and conducting research to support public relations efforts, all aimed at increasing industry and consumer recognition for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit marketing materials for both print and online distribution
  • Develop creative content for social media outlets and property websites
  • Help design and distribute newsletters
  • Plan and implement basic research projects, read and interpret data as it applies to public relations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing/public relations or related field
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of principles, techniques and objectives of marketing, sales, and public relations
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Preparing professional written documentation, utilizing correct grammatical form and clearly expressing ideas

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication or related field preferred
  • Property management experience a Plus!
