About the position

The Marketing Quality Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing operational procedures, overseeing key projects, and managing quality assurance (QA) standards across marketing channels. This role aims to reduce risk, streamline processes, and ensure reliable execution workflows, enabling marketing teams to deliver high-quality business results. The position reports to the Sr. Manager Marketing Operations and is performed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Create, establish, maintain, and evolve scalable processes with rigorous QA steps to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Facilitate monthly quality and efficiency reporting across all marketing channels.
  • Document and review reported issues with marketing-executed projects, evaluate impact and severity, and define action items.
  • Determine short- and long-term solutions in response to errors and process deficiencies, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver internal training to ensure compliance with channel-specific processes and QA requirements.
  • Contribute to formal reviews of vendors, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
  • Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and manage feedback and expectations.
  • Engage with various marketing technology and platforms including Workfront, Salesforce, and others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing project management, quality assurance, or operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience establishing standardized processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Program and project management skills in a marketing context.
  • Analytic skills with attention to detail and excellent planning and implementation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Desire to build connections with diverse team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Teams.
