About the position
The Marketing & Rebate Coordinator at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing and rebate programs across all industrial divisions. This role focuses on enhancing the corporate brand, generating sales leads, and ensuring the accuracy of rebate processing from key distributor partners. The position requires collaboration with various teams and vendors to manage marketing initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage tradeshows in collaboration with sales, product management, and vendors to drive booth traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor inventory of sales collateral and promotional items, managing re-printing and re-ordering processes.
- Document existing rebate and market price increase processes and assist in their execution.
- Identify and recommend improvements in the rebate process for efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize marketing automation software to enhance digital marketing programs, including creating workflows and scheduling posts.
- Assist with selected marketing and advertising projects for all industrial divisions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with marketing automation software preferred.
- Experience managing social media programs preferred.
- Experience managing tradeshows preferred.
- Experience in processing rebates preferred.
