Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and via e-mail.
• Supporting branch-level marketing efforts and providing training and promotional support to partners.
• Attending credit union events and meetings to support marketing programs and maintain partner engagement.
• Managing delivery schedules with the Regional Manager and Consultants, ensuring timely vehicle handoffs and smooth transactions.
• Reviewing the operational features of the vehicle being delivered.
• Completing sales paperwork in company software, explaining delivery documents, and addressing customer inquiries, including aftermarket product options.

Requirements

• Credit union experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and background.
• Ability to obtain a Salesperson License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of internet software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Flexibility to work two Saturdays per month for deliveries.
• Ability to commute to Sacramento work location.
