About the position

The Marketing Representative Front Desk at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for promoting and booking vacation ownership presentations and mini-vacation packages. This role involves providing concierge services to guests, distributing promotional information, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a professional company image. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and book vacation ownership presentations and mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
  • Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
  • Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
