Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct market research to support marketing initiatives.
  • Extract and analyze data from internal and external sources.
  • Develop statistical and narrative reports based on data analysis.
  • Lead the analysis and review of marketing program outcomes to improve effectiveness.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data on market forces and trends.

Requirements

  • One year as a Program Analyst 1; or
  • Two years of analytical experience, including professional experience in program evaluation and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • One or more years of experience developing and utilizing database queries such as SQL.
  • One or more years of experience evaluating market research and industry trends.
