About the position

The Marketing Research Analyst at the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission plays a crucial role in enhancing the agency's marketing and outreach efforts aimed at recruiting, retaining, and reactivating anglers and boaters in Pennsylvania. As a key member of the creative team, the Marketing Research Analyst will also lead the analysis and review of marketing program outcomes, ensuring that these initiatives effectively drive sales and engagement with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's programs. The work is primarily independent, requiring the ability to manipulate, interpret, and synthesize data related to market forces, trends, and human dimensions. The results of this work will be reviewed by the director of the bureau of Outreach, Education, and Marketing, ensuring alignment with the agency's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience, including professional experience in program evaluation and development of program recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions and meet PA residency requirements.
