About the position

The Market Research Analyst role at TEKsystems focuses on gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance customer experiences with the company's services. This position involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. The analyst will be responsible for developing and managing research projects that assess customer satisfaction and the impact of operational improvements, utilizing tools like PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and analyze results from studies designed to measure customer satisfaction with program experiences.
  • Assess the impact on customer experiences of process improvements being considered for operational transactions.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to present results from operational transaction studies.
  • Design, implement, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative research studies to assist decision-making by internal clients.
  • Interact with other members of the research team to integrate operational and program transaction results into a Voice of the Customer data system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop automated procedures for sample acquisition, survey invitation distribution, and results reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of three years' experience conducting research and analysis in a business environment.
  • Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Strong quantitative experience with the ability to independently analyze data and draw sound conclusions.
  • Ability to apply a variety of statistical techniques like cluster analysis, regression, and decision trees.
  • Experience with all aspects of customer research project management including proposal development and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SPSS or R analytical software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
