About the position

The Marketing & Sales Analyst at Quench will play a crucial role in informing strategic growth through data analysis and reporting. This position involves conducting trend analysis, contributing to forecasting models, ensuring data cleanliness, and providing insights to the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to support growth objectives in the USA and Canada. The analyst will manage the reporting and analysis of the Account Based Marketing (AMB) program and collaborate with business intelligence experts to create and maintain reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and marketing tech stack to generate, distribute, and report on qualified leads, opportunities, and sales for each marketing channel.
  • Proactively explore, analyze, evaluate, and report on marketing and sales performance to increase effectiveness and overall business impact.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting requests from marketing and sales teams, distributing reports accurately and timely.
  • Track daily leads, opportunities, and revenue per marketing channel, consulting with managers on noticeable trends.
  • Own the reporting and analysis of the Account Based Marketing (AMB) program campaigns and platform effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget, accrual process, and monthly expense reports in collaboration with the Finance department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Economics preferred)
  • 2-4 years analytics and/or marketing experience
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience with account-based marketing platforms such as RollWorks, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Core understanding of statistics and its business applications
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Competency with PowerPoint or similar presentation tool
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Effective and collaborative team player, comfortable working independently
  • Self-starter willing to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
