About the position
The Marketing/Sales Associate at Envirotech is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This role involves analyzing market trends, building customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns. The associate will utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts and sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
