The Marketing and Sales Associate role at Xenium Development is an entry-level position focused on engaging with customers and promoting client products and services through face-to-face interactions. The associate will be part of a retail event team responsible for executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue for clients. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inside retail partners and present client products and services directly to consumers.
• Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally.
• Utilize a face-to-face customer approach to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant event space during the duration of events.
• Maintain and accurately record all inventory as needed.
• Follow all company and retail compliance procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and demographics.
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve as things arise.
• Confidence in a team environment and eagerness to bring a new perspective.
• Ability to work full-time hours.
• Self-sufficient with impeccable critical thinking abilities.
