About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative support or related position preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Office and graphic design platforms, such as Canva; strong proficiency with web-based tools and systems.
  • Prior marketing or sales support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handles daily executive administrative duties to support the VPs of Marketing and Sales.
  • Coordinates logistics, products, etc., for Marketing and Field Sales sampling, events and meetings.
  • Supports internal company events as needed.
  • Purchases products and supplies for various needs (video/photo shoots, trade shows/events, influencer programs, agency requests, charitable events/donations).
  • Manages and tracks the inventory and usage of products and promotional items for events, giveaways, donations, etc.
  • Owns sample budget tracking.
  • Tracks and follows up on Sales and Marketing MSA and SOW reviews through legal and routes documents for signature.
  • Requests IO's for SOWs for VPs of Marketing and Sales.
  • Helps create marketing materials such as brochures, signage, promotional materials, and social media posts.
  • Tracks select marketing and sales projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Responsible for Marketing p-card expense report processing and Pinpoint UPC validation.
  • Creates and/or edits PowerPoint presentations and/or Excel spreadsheets as requested by VPs.
  • Develops and manages relationships with external vendors and agencies and acts as the on-site contact.
  • Maintains internal agency roster and Marketing contact list for external vendors.
  • Leads logistics of Marketing and Sales meetings, including organizing and testing presentations, catering, and on-site contact for visitors as needed.
  • Assists the team with internet research; collects, compiles, and reports data in an organized and logical format.
  • Provides calendar and travel/expense support for the VPs of Marketing and Sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.
