About the position

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a part-time role focused on supporting the national programs sales network through marketing efforts that drive growth. This position involves developing marketing collateral, assisting with sales support, and providing administrative assistance to the marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and marketing collateral for trade shows.
• Support the development of a repository of templates and presentations for rapid iteration and self-service.
• Build and maintain contact databases for lead generation activities, including proactive outreach and email campaigns.
• Assist with follow-up activities for sales leads, ensuring timely communication with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and client nurturing.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows.
• Support the development of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, one pagers, mini brochures, and online content.
• Update and manage the team intranet to ensure easy access to essential documents.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including beautiful.ai, ZoomInfo, and Constant Contact, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
