About the position

Zomee is seeking a Marketing and Sales Data Analyst to enhance company growth through data analysis and reporting. This role involves building a data and analytics program from the ground up, providing actionable insights, and serving as a key business partner across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Dig into key investments, initiatives, channels, and their performance to optimize business activity.
• Design and develop impactful reports and dashboards for business leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Leverage predictive analytics for forecasting in goal setting and planning processes.
• Run monthly leadership team meetings to provide business updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing channel owners and product supply chain management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales data analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• 10 years of data analytics experience (preferred).
