The Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing the processes, tools, and data that enable the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives sales performance through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline sales processes, enhance forecasting, and maintain CRM systems, while also leading a team that supports sales collateral and the creation of RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and QBRs.
