About the position

The Marketing Sales Manager will lead the execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve local sales goals. This role involves developing and supporting a cross-platform sales and marketing team, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales operations to deliver effective results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client development activities and retention efforts to increase net promoter score.
  • Deliver weekly revenue forecasts for digital and broadcast, maintaining accuracy within +/- 2%.
  • Support revenue-generating activities and participate in sales calls and client meetings, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Exhibit mastery of sales tools and systems, holding the sales team accountable for their knowledge and skillset.
  • Create action plans using sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions and guide the sales team.
  • Take ownership of talent development for the local team, ensuring effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor active campaigns and use performance dashboards in sales meetings to maximize revenue potential.
  • Show creativity and thought leadership in business development to grow account lists and increase spending.

Requirements
