About the position

The Marketing Sales Representative at Penn Medicine is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and Physician Practices. This role involves generating new patient activity, fostering relationships with referring entities, and coordinating marketing and business development efforts to enhance the organization's presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient/customer satisfaction through continuous measurement of satisfaction levels for all key customer groups.
• Anticipate patient/customer physical and emotional needs and take action to accommodate them.
• Develop programs and services that anticipate future customer needs and build customer loyalty.
• Provide accurate information about Penn Medicine at Home services, including admission criteria and reimbursement details.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business and maintain communication with referral sources.
• Conduct periodic reports and feedback for referral sources on referral history and patient statistics.
• Position Penn Medicine at Home as a leader in communities and physician practices within the designated territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 3+ years of documented, successful sales experience to physicians and discharge planners in healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience in Homecare or Hospice services.
• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance.
