The Marketing Sales Representative - Bilingual role at Qwalifize LLC involves building relationships and providing customer service while supporting the Sales Department through various sales and marketing tasks. The representative will engage with potential customers, follow up on leads, and assist in onboarding new clients, contributing to the overall sales strategy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with customers.
• Perform general customer service tasks.
• Support the Sales Department with sales and marketing activities.
• Engage with potential customers and set meetings based on warm leads or self-generated leads.
• Provide exemplary customer service to foster lasting partnerships.
• Handle inbound sales calls and emails, proactively following up on opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed annotations within CRM regarding all inquiries and meeting activities.
• Brief management on prospects' needs and industry trends to aid in closing deals.
• Assist in negotiating and delivering pricing and contract terms.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent and directly related sales/business development experience.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
• Ability to use social media platforms for marketing and engagement.
• High school diploma or GED.
