Effective communication and change management with customers, leaders, and stakeholders are crucial, as the role involves creating communication plans that engage end users with marketing technology. Responsibilities

  • Lead two Agile marketing teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Define initial strategy, scope, calendar, and deliverables for marketing technology in alignment with marketing and enterprise strategies.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from key stakeholders into overall team strategies and prioritization.
  • Develop complex operational plans in support of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies within the marketing teams.
  • Create and implement ongoing communication across the marketing organization, sharing project updates and results.
  • Develop, document, and oversee governance of marketing workflows and processes.
  • Identify operational changes to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Manage communication and change management with customers, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend new technological capabilities to improve marketing team performance.
  • Manage marketing vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and approvals.
  • Mentor and coach team members around best practices and quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems or related field and seven years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
  • Associates degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems or related field and nine years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
  • High School diploma or GED and eleven years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred, with five years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
