About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Senior Marketing Director to lead our business development and property marketing efforts in support of a top-performing brokerage team and the greater region. This individual must possess strong project management skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both occupier and agency leasing commercial real estate fundamentals. The role will involve close collaboration with regional marketing and the brokerage team to develop pitches and presentations for new business efforts and property marketing campaigns. The Senior Marketing Director will provide strategic direction to the brokerage team to identify target markets and develop tailored business development presentations and property marketing campaigns. This includes collaborating with the broker team to create and deliver high-quality, customized pitch presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition, differentiators, and services offered to clients. The role also requires attendance at client meetings as needed, offering an exceptional level of service and support, and assisting with tracking property marketing plans, budgets, timelines, and campaign metrics. Utilizing company marketing technology and the global design team, the Senior Marketing Director will effectively manage workflow and resources. The position also involves partnering with local, regional, and national teams to stay informed of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative techniques to continuously improve marketing efforts. Additionally, the director will oversee and manage the brokerage team's digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, email campaigns, and more, implementing and promoting a best-in-class business development and marketing platform in support of the brokerage team's initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction to brokerage team to identify target markets and develop tailored business development presentations and property marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with broker team to create and deliver high-quality, customized pitch presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition, differentiators, and services offered to our clients.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing the development and implementation of creative initiatives.
  • Significant experience and practical expertise in marketing, strategy, and visual design.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communication, or a related field.
  • Commercial real estate, architecture or advertising agency experience is a must.
