About the position

The Marketing Senior Manager at Verizon will lead the Product Marketing Communications team, focusing on developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at retaining customers and increasing revenue. This role involves spearheading marketing communications to drive product adoption and engage current subscribers, while collaborating with various stakeholders to shape strategic marketing plans that anticipate consumer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute comprehensive digital and traditional marketing plans for existing Verizon customers.
  • Review campaign results and identify opportunities for collaboration with internal and external teams for testing and enhancement.
  • Work with product teams and creative partners to share insights and create recommendations.
  • Develop creative and data strategy briefs for customer communications programs.
  • Administer and coordinate the marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget.
  • Manage workflow through JIRA tickets to support the development of creative for customer communications programs.
  • Ensure quality and proper presentation of all outbound campaigns on desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with various teams on logistics of communications deployment as needed.
  • Utilize campaign results and analytics to optimize communications for key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of relevant experience in marketing or CRM.
  • Experience in agency and/or client-side marketing.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Market Research; MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with campaign automation tools like JIRA and Adobe Campaign.
  • Understanding of digital trends and business drivers.
  • Ability to present findings to executive-level audiences.
  • Experience in designing custom research approaches for consumer insights.
