We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This part-time role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content management, contributing to the development and execution of various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Overlook Business Management and Marketing Websites
• Dispatch Employees to provide services across San Diego when requested
• Assist in the creation and management of content across various platforms, including websites and social media
• Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and implementing link building strategies
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging marketing campaigns that align with company goals
• Maintain and update content management systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies
• Help manage WordPress sites, including posting new content and optimizing existing pages for search engines

Requirements

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and linkbuilding techniques
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
