About the position

The Marketing Services Coordinator at Fogelman plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of marketing plans and monitoring their performance to enhance customer experience and achieve performance goals for Fogelman properties. This position requires a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual who can multitask effectively and influence others, with a focus on analytics, digital presence, marketing technology, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Update creative assets on digital properties to ensure a consistent and visually appealing online presence.
• Curate and add captivating images to the digital asset management tool.
• Support the creation and setup of marketing technology solutions, including email templates and CRM follow-ups.
• Schedule photography and interactive property shoots.
• Manage and monitor Fogelman ticketing systems for marketing support requests.
• Manage Asana for internal projects and Yardi Reach requests.
• Manage Monday board for creative requests and updates to the brand store.
• Setup training calls for onsite associates and help maintain training content in Vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in marketing.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various internal departments.
