About the position

The Marketing Services Coordinator at Fogelman Properties plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of marketing plans and monitoring performance to enhance customer experience and achieve performance goals. This position requires a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual who can multitask effectively and influence others. The coordinator will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and community associates to analyze marketing performance metrics, update digital assets, and manage various marketing technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Update creative assets on digital properties to ensure a consistent and visually appealing online presence.
• Curate and add captivating images to the digital asset management tool.
• Support the creation and setup of marketing technology solutions, including email templates and CRM follow-ups.
• Schedule photography and interactive property shoots.
• Manage and monitor Fogelman ticketing systems for marketing support requests.
• Utilize Asana for internal projects and Yardi Reach requests.
• Maintain the Monday board for creative requests and updates to the brand store.
• Setup training calls for onsite associates and help maintain training content in Vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
