The Marketing Services Enablement and Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Marketing organization at Visa. This position is responsible for coordinating operations and enabling go-to-market tools that facilitate the selling, executing, and implementing of various client initiatives with excellence. The analyst will collaborate with multifunctional teams across the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico, ensuring that marketing services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and complete Project Pipeline and Financials data, ensuring compliance with marketing initiatives, and adhering to Visa's key controls and brand standards. The analyst will manage marketing engagements through various stages of development, identifying key stakeholders and working towards achieving project objectives. This involves creating detailed project schedules, managing project status reports, and facilitating project meetings to discuss requirements, design, and defect statuses. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate the project estimating process, manage budgets, and forecast project needs. They will also support the LAC marketing teams by providing sell-in tools, platforms, training, and other marketing services to enhance Visa's business growth. Acting as a liaison with multifunctional partners, including Finance and Controllership, the analyst will provide ongoing guidance and direction to ensure successful execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
