Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies based on knowledge of the target market and bringing new ideas to expand in the marketplace.
  • Managing daily marketing and business development to boost online presence.
  • Creating and developing all marketing promotions including social media, advertising, and monthly promotions.
  • Creating content that is aesthetically aligned with the practice for all social media channels (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.).
  • Developing new ideas for engaging content and sourcing new patients.
  • Managing the practice's patient tracking database, testimonials, and referral programs, and regularly assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expert understanding of the use of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Yelp, RealSelf, including analytics and reports.
  • Proficiency and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferably Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and a team player while maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
