About the position

The Marketing Social Media Coordinator at Smile Atelier is a part-time position focused on enhancing the practice's online presence and marketing strategies within the cosmetic dentistry field. The ideal candidate will be experienced and creative, with a strong understanding of social media management and marketing principles. This role requires the development of innovative marketing ideas and the management of daily marketing activities to drive business development. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all social media platforms, ensuring that content is not only engaging but also aligned with the aesthetic values of the practice. The position demands a proactive approach to creating and implementing marketing promotions, including social media campaigns, advertising, and monthly promotions. The coordinator will create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience, utilizing platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, the role involves managing the practice's patient tracking database, testimonials, and referral programs, regularly assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will also engage with the online community by monitoring comments and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner, and fostering positive relationships with followers and stakeholders. Proficiency in graphic design and content creation is essential, as is the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies based on knowledge of the target market and bringing new ideas to expand in the marketplace.
  • Manage daily marketing and business development to boost online presence.
  • Create and develop all marketing promotions including social media, advertising, and monthly promotions.
  • Create content that is aesthetically aligned with the practice for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including videography.
  • Develop new ideas for engaging content and sourcing new patients.
  • Manage practice patient tracking database, testimonials, and referral programs, regularly assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence, including profile optimization and regular updates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns, including contests, promotions, and giveaways.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Expert understanding of the use of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook, including analytics and reports.
  • Proficiency and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferably Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and a team player while maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 1 year of marketing experience (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cosmetic dentistry or aesthetics.
  • Ability to commute to West Hollywood, CA 90069 (preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate to West Hollywood, CA 90069 before starting work (preferred).
