About the position

The Marketing/Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and marketing strategies of a luxury diamond and jewelry boutique located in Boston. This position focuses on social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management, aiming to engage high net worth individuals and professional athletes. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete new content and campaigns on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Work with key video editing platforms to see projects through from ideation to completion.
• Manage successful campaigns across multiple touch points including SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Upload new products to the website and collaborate with photographers for product images.
• Send email campaigns and create engaging content for social media.
• Interact with clients and greet customers in a retail environment.
• Perform various tasks based on day-to-day business needs, including errands and maintaining store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a DTC eCommerce business.
• Previous experience in luxury goods or jewelry is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in content strategy and campaign management.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including some Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, adhering to a formal business attire dress code.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SMS marketing and automation campaign flows.
• Familiarity with video editing software and tools.
