Additionally, a basic understanding of market research and brand development is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content tailored for each social media channel, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Analyze social media performance data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted social media campaigns.
• Develop marketing campaigns and market research reports for various industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
