About the position

The Graphic Design/Electronic/Social Media position at UEI Group Services, Inc. is designed for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who will contribute to the marketing team's efforts through eMarketing campaigns, social media management, and the creation of various electronic marketing materials. This role is integral in ensuring consistent strategies, messaging, and branding across all companies and global offices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the customer's experience on the websites including content, graphics, and promotions.
• Drive traffic and sales with email marketing and campaigns.
• Facilitate the companies' e-marketing efforts including campaign development and execution, and reporting.
• Develop creative content, graphics, and promotions.
• Utilize analytics, ad tracking, tag management, and content management.
• Continually evaluate and identify new opportunities through a review of ROI.
• Develop and implement an effective, integrated presence on social media sites.
• Create the UEI® Group content and manage the interaction with customers for social media platforms.
• Monitor the companies' presence on social networks.
• Utilize tie-ins to E-Marketing and websites.
• Provide assistance in developing new strategies and best practices for social media.
• Analyze usage and traffic patterns to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Motivated individual with the ability to follow-up on tasks and projects without constant supervision
• Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with social media, email campaigns, and analytics
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design and Smartphone and tablet apps
• Experience with Magento
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML
• Experience with video editing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Driver's license (Required)
• Social Media: 2 years (Required)
• Graphic Design: 2 years (Required)
