The Marketing Specialist - Administrative Assistant at Unity Home Group, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on supporting real estate transactions and enhancing customer service. Responsibilities

  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete.
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry.

Requirements

  • Great written and verbal skills.
  • Understanding of how to utilize a database for processing client information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create necessary documents.
  • Real estate license preferred.
  • Extremely thorough with great interpersonal skills.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $46,500 annually, dependent on experience.
