AgRevolution is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Northern Ohio location with possible opportunity to work remotely. This position will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the corporate marketing plans at an operational and tactical level. The primary function is project management, working with internal teams and advertising agency partners to execute marketing communications. The Marketing Specialist will oversee the development of campaign and product-driven content for the entire communications program. This will include sales support materials such as brochures, product videos, and literature, as well as advertising materials that encompass both above-the-line and direct communications, and digital assets including websites, social media, and nurture streams. In this role, you will partner with product marketing teams to develop an in-depth working knowledge of products, ensuring a complete understanding of consumer-focused features and benefits. You will lead creative teams, both internal and agency partners, in the development of engaging consumer content based on relevant product attributes. Regular communication with department managers, sales teams, and the dealer network regarding communications plans and materials availability will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external resources such as agencies, copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, printers, and service bureaus to execute marketing materials as outlined in brand and product marketing plans. This includes new product introductions, product and brand campaigns, brand research, dealer communication, online/social strategy, e-marketing, product literature, and direct marketing programs. A working knowledge of multiple marketing communication tactics will be essential to develop detailed work plans and timing expectations. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the quality of work aligns with the company’s standards.
