This position is responsible for making value propositions come alive through storytelling and messaging platforms in highly utilized and viewed digital and print media. The role involves creating the copy and creative design for all external communications and collaborating with external agencies to balance internal and external workload. Success in this role is measured by the on-time delivery of projects, the distribution team's and customers' utilization and view of content, the strength and simplicity of content to persuade customers to take action, the value added to the development of marketing plans, and the incorporation of creative ideas to continuously elevate the Rite-Hite brand. The essential duties include supporting the definition and maintenance of Rite-Hite brand guidelines at the product level, developing and designing simple, compelling, and engaging external marketing content such as emails, brochures, videos, newsletters, infographics, and case studies in partnership with the product marketer and marketing plan. The individual will create content that persuades target customers to take action and enhances the sales team's ability to sell more effectively, efficiently, and confidently. The role also involves routinely bringing creative ideas to consider as part of the marketing plan deliverables and supporting the transformation of the value proposition from product marketing into a consistent and compelling messaging platform and visual identity. Additionally, the position requires writing copy and creating designs for various media, including sales tools, websites, and videos. The individual will partner with the insights and operational excellence team to understand the utilization of content created, tailor content to target personas identified in the marketing plan, and ensure a consistent tone across all Rite-Hite external communications. The role also supports the creation of messaging and visuals for tradeshows, works with external agencies to balance workload, and maintains a transparent and prioritized workload tracker for clear visibility on project status at all times. Furthermore, the individual will create and manage a common home and file naming for digital marketing assets, collaborate with public relations partners to create press releases, white papers, infographics, and articles aligned with prioritized marketing themes, facilitate internal reviews and approvals of content before finalizing, and review externally facing content with the legal team to ensure the right balance between bold marketing messages and business risk.
