About the position

Mosaic is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Employee Experiences to join our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief HR Officer in developing Mosaic's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to serve as the guiding principle in driving Mosaic's internal and external brand awareness, employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as recruitment and employment messaging efforts. The individual will act as a brand ambassador, working with teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to connect current and future clients and staff with Mosaic's mission and culture. The responsibilities include developing marketing plans, creating campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various methods. This role will become a primary voice for Mosaic regarding company reviews, social media, and overall outreach efforts. In this position, you will act as a liaison to the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief HR Officer to align messaging while producing advertising and marketing collateral, content, guidelines, and approved resources for the organization. You will design and implement multi-channel plans to promote Mosaic's Employee Value Proposition, Mission, and Culture. Working with recruitment and operational teams, you will gather, analyze, and utilize market research and benchmark data to improve both internal and external marketing material to maintain Mosaic's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent. You will also partner in monitoring and responding to company reviews, elevating issues as necessary to ensure resolution and summary reporting for Mosaic Leadership teams. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage spending for campaigns related to community events, philanthropic activities, and professional conferences. Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns will be crucial, as you will need to adjust as needed throughout execution and modify future approaches accordingly. You will maintain a digital catalog while enhancing internal and external branding materials, create and maintain materials associated with Mosaic Swag Shop, and manage the inventory of all other marketing materials. Establishing and managing Mosaic's social media presence will also be a key responsibility, along with researching and project planning opportunities outside of social media across multi-state markets. You will represent Mosaic in person at events as needed and stay current with marketing and branding trends in our industry to develop creative ideas to enhance our position amongst competitors. Finally, you will assist in creating all employee communications, establishing company voice and consistency in messaging, and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison to CCO and CHRO to align messaging while producing advertising and marketing collateral, content, guidelines, and approved resources for the organization.
  • Design and implement multi-channel plans to promote Mosaic's Employee Value Proposition, Mission and Culture.
  • Work with recruitment and operational teams to gather, analyze and utilize market research/benchmark data to improve both internal and external marketing material to maintain Mosaic's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
  • Partner in both monitoring and responding to company reviews. Elevate issues as necessary to ensure resolution and summary reporting for Mosaic Leadership teams.
  • Coordinate and manage spending for campaigns related to community events, philanthropic activities, and professional conferences.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting as needed throughout execution and modify future approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain digital catalog, while enhancing internal and external branding materials (stationary, business cards, presentations, flyers, etc.).
  • Create and maintain materials associated with Mosaic Swag Shop and inventory of all other marketing materials (i.e. name tags, information folders, promotional and swag items, apparel).
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for internal quarterly employee celebrations.
  • Establish, build content and manage Mosaic's social media presence.
  • Research and project plan opportunities outside of social media across multi-state markets.
  • Represent Mosaic in person at events as needed/required.
  • Stay current with marketing and branding trends in our industry and develop creative ideas to enhance our position amongst competitors.
  • Assist in creating all employee communications, establishing company voice and consistency in messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, creative services, advertising, graphic design, or communications. Graduate degree in related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise with marketing concepts, creative development processes and project management.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS office, photoshop, Canva, social media platforms, and video editing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovation and creativity to create new brand strategies to attract both customers and staff.
  • Time management and project planning skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Desire to work on an interdisciplinary team, willingness to collaborate and incorporate ideas into strategies, motivation to learn a new market, and drive to grow professionally.
