Responsibilities
- Create and manage learning, curriculum, and content for Sales and Engineering.
- Ensure alignment of content with business and technology strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and refine content.
- Analyze learning effectiveness and integrate feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 12+ years OR Masters Degree and 10+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and influence management skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drive customer success.
- This role is Broadcom office based - not available for remote work.
