About the position

The Marketing Specialist at Chroma ATE, Inc. is a creative role focused on digital storytelling through graphic design and digital marketing strategies. This position involves creating engaging content, managing social media, and developing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's narrative and connecting with the community through innovative design and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Track potential trade shows and industry events.
  • Manage and update social media presence, including posting event flyers and e-news updates.
  • Utilize CRM system for email blasts and newsletters.
  • Create cohesive and engaging video content highlighting testing solutions and technology.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure graphic materials align with booth layouts and event requirements.
  • Prepare follow-up materials, including email blasts and social media visuals.
  • Create marketing materials such as show graphics, banners, signage, event brochures, and email templates.
  • Design digital graphics including banners, icons, product images, and infographics.
  • Ensure all design elements adhere to the company's branding guidelines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website, updating event schedules and progress. Organize marketing item information for easy access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website adjustments.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing and analytics to guide strategy.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
