About the position

DISH, an EchoStar company, is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist II to join our dynamic marketing and advertising teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer retention loyalty program aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-term retention. The successful candidate will lead the definition of Latino programming content strategy, ensuring that key programming assets are curated and distributed effectively across various teams. This position requires a strong focus on planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns, while also collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to develop, refine, and test marketing creatives. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Building relationships across the enterprise is crucial, as you will need to coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure project goals are met. You will be responsible for communicating project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to both technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization. Regular monitoring and reporting on project progress/status to all stakeholders will be essential, along with assisting in issue resolution as necessary. Responsibilities

  • Define, drive, and lead a customer retention loyalty program that enhances the overall customer experience and encourages long-term retention.
  • Lead the definition of Latino programming content strategy, curating and distributing key programming assets to the required teams.
  • Responsible for the planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to build, refine, and test marketing creatives.
  • Manage and multi-task with multiple projects simultaneously with supervision.
  • Build relationships enterprise-wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups.
  • Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently monitor and report on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assist in issue resolution as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing or related discipline strongly preferred; degree from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Spanish language fluency required.
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Strong background in developing creative marketing strategies and following through with execution and analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong relationship skills to work cross-functionally and leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome obstacles.
