DISH, an EchoStar company, is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist II to join our dynamic marketing and advertising teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer retention loyalty program aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-term retention. The successful candidate will lead the definition of Latino programming content strategy, ensuring that key programming assets are curated and distributed effectively across various teams. This position requires a strong focus on planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns, while also collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to develop, refine, and test marketing creatives. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Building relationships across the enterprise is crucial, as you will need to coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure project goals are met. You will be responsible for communicating project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to both technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization. Regular monitoring and reporting on project progress/status to all stakeholders will be essential, along with assisting in issue resolution as necessary.
